Processing times

personalized apparel orders are generally processed within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation. Production may take longer during peak periods or for large custom batches.

Delivery estimates

Estimated delivery after dispatch is 2-8 business days for domestic shipments and 7-21 business days for international destinations where available. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

Address responsibility

Customers are responsible for supplying a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address details submitted at checkout.
