Products and personalization

Orders relate to apparel and custom-made clothing products. Product photos and samples are illustrative; minor differences in fabric tone, print position, color perception, and sizing (within standard industry tolerances) can occur due to production batches, lighting, and handmade assembly.

Order acceptance and payment

Payment links are issued only for authorized orders. A transaction is considered accepted when card payment is successfully completed and confirmed. Sessions can expire or be canceled where fraud, validation, or risk checks fail.

Pricing, currency, and taxes

Unless clearly stated otherwise, prices are shown in AUD. Any applicable taxes are handled in line with Australia requirements at checkout.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests can be submitted before production starts. Once production has started on personalized items, change-of-mind cancellation may not be available.

Chargebacks and disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, cont act austranovaecomm@gmail.com before filing a chargeback so we can review and resolve quickly. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
